Dr. Hill Creative provides creative services including, but not limited to, content editing, graphic design, AI-assisted content generation, and freelance consultation.
All services are provided as described in individual project agreements or invoices. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including graphics, logos, text, and images, is the property of Dr. Hill Creative unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material without written permission.
Clients retain ownership of their original content. Any materials created by Dr. Hill Creative may be used in our portfolio unless a separate agreement is made.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual client agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional fees. Texas residents may be subject to applicable sales tax where required.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines will be agreed upon prior to project initiation. Any changes to scope or delays caused by the client may impact delivery time. Rush services may incur additional fees.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, clients are entitled to [1–2] rounds of revisions per deliverable. Refunds are not provided for completed work. If a project is terminated early by the client, fees for work completed to date remain due.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
Dr. Hill Creative is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or services. All work is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties beyond those outlined in written agreements.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
9. Modifications
